“Schindler’s List” (1993) is a movie dedicated to the Shoah.

Cracow, 1939. The German industrialist Oskar Schindler sways the Nazi elite attempting to open a factory that produces pots and kettles. Some of the Jews confined to the ghetto at Podgorze, unable to buy and sell, are convinced by Schindler to supply him with adequate funds to purchase the building. He would repay them by employing them in the factory, paying them with tools thus saving them from labour camps run by criminals.

Schindler, who has grown in favour with the Nazi high command, is able to build a camp for his workers where the troops cannot enter without his permission. Eventually, when the extermination is unleashed, he opens a grenade factory, using up all of his financial resources. With the help of Itzhak Stern, his inseparable Jewish accountant, Schindler compiles a list of 1,100 Jews to be entrusted to him as labourers.  While the men reach their destination, the women are mistakenly taken to Auschwitz. At great risk and resources, Schindler finally manages to save them with the help of people he knows. For seven months, the factory deliberately produces defective grenades, until the armistice finally bankrupts the industry.  His workers give him a gold ring engraved with a phrase from the Talmud : “Whoever saves one life saves the entire world.”

Matrix is the cruel but invisible Auschwitz of my day.  It’s a concentration and extermination camp of the conscience. Do I have my own LIST of people to save from the Matrix?
