From high in the heavens, the Creator God observes planet earth.
“But you, Lord, reign forever, and your memory endures for every generation.
Thou shalt arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to have mercy on her; the appointed time has come.
For your servants love her stones and have pity on her dust.
Then the nations shall fear the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth your glory, when the Lord rebuilds Zion and appears in his glory.
He will hear the prayer of the desolate and will not despise their plea.
This shall be written for the generation to come, and the people that shall be created shall praise the Lord, for he looks down from his sanctuary; from heaven the Lord looks down upon the earth.”

The time appointed from ancient times has now come. The light of the Creator God is about to rise again.
