Story of a preannounced and generated Sprout

Conclusion of Zechariah’s premonition, one of the most mysterious and important prophecies of my polar star the Bible:

Then the angel of the Lord made to the high priest Joshua this solemn warning: ‘Thus speaks the Lord of hosts: “If you walk in my ways and keep what I have commanded you, you shall also reign over my house, you shall keep my courts, and I will give you free access among those who stand here before me. Hear therefore, Joshua, high priest, you and your companions who sit before you! For these men serve as an omen. I bring my servant, the Sprout, to come.” (see Zechariah 3:6-8)

You shall speak to him and say, Thus speaks the Lord of hosts:

“A man, whose name is the Sprout, shall spring up in his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord. He shall build the temple of the LORD, he shall receive glory, he shall sit and rule on his throne (KING), he shall be SACRED on his throne, and there shall be an agreement of peace between the two.” (see Zechariah 6:12-13)

And in addition to the prophet Zechariah, the prophet Jeremiah also had (and wrote) premonitions about an “apocalyptic Melchizedek” called Sprout, i.e. the SACERDOTE-KING of the last days:

“Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord, “in which I will raise up to David a righteous Sprout, who will reign as king and prosper; he will exercise right and justice in the land.” (see Jeremiah 23:5)

And finally, the Psalmist also prophetically sees the future King established and begotten by the Most High:

“It is I,” he will say, “who have established my king over Zion, my holy mountain.

I will announce the decree: The Lord has said to me, ‘You are my son, today I have begotten you.

Ask me, and I will give you an inheritance of the nations and a possession of the ends of the earth.

You shall break them with a rod of iron; you shall shatter them like a pot of clay.” (see Psalms 2:6-9)
