Empires do not hold the world together.
It is the unseen Spirit that moves through them.
Nations are born from the earth.
Civilizations are born from the Spirit.
Every written constitution is but the shadow of a far older Constitution,
engraved not upon stone, but upon the human conscience.
When a people forget that Law,
their walls may still stand, but their temple has already fallen.
True power does not conquer. It brings into harmony.
It does not dominate. It awakens.
It does not demand obedience. It inspires trust.
There is a diplomacy that signs treaties.
And there is a diplomacy that reconciles hearts.
The first redraws borders.
The second reshapes history.
For peace is not born when wars come to an end.
It is born when people remember that they belong to the same Father.
Then flags cease to be walls. They become windows.
Borders no longer divide peoples.
They safeguard the unique gift each nation is called to offer humanity.
The Kingdom that is coming will not ask which nation you served.
It will ask which Spirit you kept alive.
For the day will come when rulers understand what children have always known:
that no alliance endures without truth,
no security survives without justice,
and no civilization endures through the ages without love.
Then politics will return to what it was always meant to be before fear took hold:
the art of safeguarding the human person.
For the greatest statesman will not be the one who governed the greatest number of nations,
but the one who reminded the nations of their origin.
